The Party Savers proudly accepts: Visa/Master card/Discover/Cash/Check

We require 1/2 deposit with every party booked.  Check availability and we will hold the date/time for three business days. If we don't receive payment within those days, the time slot will be re-opened and made available (first come, first serve).

The Party Savers prides itself in creating an one of a kind custom party.  We take the time in preparing your party according to your wishes.  We offer the template and we use your ideas or requests to make your party one of a kind.  Due to our parties being customized to your needs we have the following cancellation policy. 

  • 24 hours prior to the start of the party deposit is non-refundable*
  • 48 hours prior to the start of the party, $75.00 cancellation penalty*
  • 3-14days prior to the start of the party, $50.00 cancellation penalty
  • 15-21 days prior to the start of the party, $25.00 cancellation penalty
  • More than 3 weeks out 100% refund

If you are within 48 hours prior and you need to cancel the party due to an illness/death in your immediate family and are  willing to re-schedule you will only have a $30.00 penalty.
